Q3.What's the delivery time?
1.15 days to 30 days after drawings confirmed and deposit paid.(Retail order)
2.30 days to 60 days after drawings confirmed and deposit paid. (Wholesale order)
Q4.How is your Quality Control?
1. Before start the order, we will arrange color samples for you to check.
2. Our QC will keep checking quality of products during production.
3. QC arranged by client or third party comes to check the quality after products finished.
4. Every piece of panel, hardware will be checked by our QC before packing, to make sure everything in good condition.
5. Asking shipping mark from client and pack products in our standard export packing (PE foam +Strong corner project +cardboard box +wood crate).
6. Offer our helps about shipping or follow client's instructions.
Q5.How is your After-sale service?
1. Keep tracking after shipping arranged.
2. Provide new replacements if damage or shortage problem happened during shipping or installing.
3. Provide installation instructions or send our workers to the site if necessary.
